Public Housing Waiting List Open

Public Notice: The Housing Authority of Senoia, Palmetto, and Union City will be opening its Income-Based Public Housing Waiting List for bedroom sizes 1 through 5.

Dates: Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and Tuesday, August 25, 2026

Time: 10 AM - 2 PM. Please be advised that the last applicant will be accepted at 1:45 PM.

Please apply in person at: 48 Ball Street, Newnan, GA 30263

Required documents: Must provide the ORIGINAL Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Government ID, and Verification of Income.

Please be advised that if you do not have the required documents, you will be turned away. No Exceptions!
